The Process

1- Choose your commission type

2- Submit your request and 50% Deposit

3- Approve of details in two stages: sketch and final review.

4- Once remaining balance is paid, artwork is finished then delivered via mail or in-person depending on location.

what to Expect

Every commission is a collaborative process designed to be simple, clear, and personal.

From your initial idea to the final piece, you’ll be guided through each step so you know exactly what to expect—without the guesswork.

  • Fill out the commission form with your idea, size, and any reference images.

    Once submitted, I’ll review your request and confirm availability, pricing, and details before moving forward.

  • A 50% deposit along with a form submission is required to begin your commission.

    You’ll receive a sketch or composition preview for approval before painting begins to ensure everything is aligned.

  • Once the artwork is complete, you’ll receive a final preview. Minor adjustments can be made at this stage if needed.

    The remaining balance plus shipping (if applicable) is due before delivery. Once paid, your finished piece will then be carefully packaged and shipped.

  • Shipping costs are based on the size of the finished piece and will be added to the remaining balance before delivery.

    Local clients in the Acadiana area may arrange in-person pickup or delivery instead of shipping.
